Dear Sir/Madam
Base aérea de Gando
North
Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Dissimilar Air Combat Training (DACEX and
DACT) exercise will be take place in Canary Islands between February 24th
and March 11th 2016, where Cazas F-18, Eurofighters, Falcon, Aviocar,
Hércules, Super Puma helicopters, and AV-8B Harrier from Spanish occupation
army; Mirage 2000 from French Air Force; Eurofighter, and A-4 Skyhawk from
German Luftwaffe; E3-A-AWACS from NATO operate from Gando Air Base (Gran
Canaria) and Military Airfield of Lanzarote.
The
exercise will turn the islands into a platform used to control African
countries. NATO is not a group for peace and democracy: The
geostrategic importance of the Canary Islands has been reevaluated since 1975 in
light of tripartite agreement on Sahara, the hispano-maroccan treaties, and the
entry of Spain into NATO, through a Referendum celebrated in march 1986 (30th
anniversary this year 2012) in which the
Canary Islands residents voted against: 53.69 per cent over 46.31 per cent
(false autonomy status).
The
military drills will also pose an environmental threat to the sea, the
atmosphere and the Canary region.
In
1982 the Canary Islands obtained a
false autonomous status within
The
essence of democracy is to accept the results, but not only when they are
favorable to our proposals and interests. The most recent examples we have the
president of Bolivia, Evo Morales, who behind the adverse results of the
referendum proposing an amendment to the constitution to allow him a third
presidential term has acknowledged these results with the only possible
argument: "that is the essence of democracy” or David Cameron the UK’s
EU referendum adverse result: “ And for a prime
minister to ignore the express will of the British people to leave the EU would
not just be wrong, it would be undemocratid.”
Spain,
a country with little if not no democratic tradition, is governed by groups and
individuals who do not respect human rights, turn right into a farce, and
replaced the ethical standards of social coexistence for bandit own behavior,
not of civilized people, let alone statesmen. Its rulers violate international
laws and conventions and challenge, rather than abide by the decisions of the
international organizations that are responsible for ensuring the maintenance of
order and world peace, specifically resolution 1514 (XV) of 14 December 1960 on
the granting of Independence to Colonial countries and peoples, leading to a
real outlaw state, in defining the philosopher John Rawls.
United
Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said that 2010 was an important year for
the Special Committee on Decolonization because it marked both the end of the
Second International Decade for the Eradication of Colonialism and the fiftieth
anniversary of the Declaration
on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples.
“What we need now are creative solutions
for the remaining Non-Self-Governing Territories”, said Ban Ki-moon.
Thank
you very much for your attention and interest.
